Release form & agreement

Please read the below release statement prior to registering for our Modern Heroes program and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

As part of our duty of care in offering adult development courses, we wish to draw your attention to the fact that this course invites participants to go into depth around understanding our personal life journeys: our values, life experiences and needs. Every participant has freedom of choice in how much, and how deeply they wish to participate in these exercises.

As facilitators, we do not replace your doctor or therapist. We will however provide you with concepts and methodologies that can help you create significant changes in your attitude and actions in your life.

We ask you to kindly review and agree that you understand the following by ticking the box on the previous registration page:

1.       I understand that the Modern Heroes "programs” can be emotionally engaging and challenging. I am attending out of personal choice and I have considered whether there are any personal circumstances that mean I should not attend on this occasion;

2.       I release Modern Heroes from any claim or proceedings whatsoever brought by me or any person based on any cause of action whatsoever (including negligence and breach of statutory duty) arising in connection with my attendance at Modern Heroes; and

3.       I indemnify Modern Heroes from and against all losses and liabilities incurred by it in connection with any such claims or proceedings.
